Living Experience

A PLACE TO LIVE

Tri Delta facilities provide a home away from home to many. Our members embrace the ideal of friendship and value self-respect as they are free to be themselves, form strong friendships and have their current friendships grow stronger while spending time with each other in one of our chapter locations.

A PLACE TO LEARN

Tri Delta fosters academic excellence. By providing our members with quiet study spaces, academic resources, modern amenities and Wi-Fi throughout the facility, our members are able to focus on their academics and learn in a comfortable and supportive environment.

A PLACE TO LEAD

Outside the classroom, Tri Delta members are boldly leading the way and are actively involved on their campuses and in their communities. Tri Delta spaces support their leadership and allow members to grow into the best version of themselves.

Living in the house is one of the most fun collegiate experiences for members of Tri Delta here at Purdue University. For members of our chapter, nothing is more fun than living on the same floor as all of our closest friends.  Our house is located in the heart of the Tower Acres, a neighborhood of Greek and Cooperative houses located just north of campus, near the Ross-Ade Stadium and Mackey Arena. Our beautiful home was built in 1988 and has been remodeled over the years to keep the interior as modern as possible.

In the Tri Delta house, we are lucky to enjoy a formal living room, an informal living room, a large dining room, a library, a workout room, and several "bum" rooms for lounging with our sisters. At any time of the day, you can find members laying out on the patio, watching a movie in the bum room, studying in the library, working out in the exercise room, or being creative in the craft room.

Our house mom, Polly, takes care of all house business as well as the girls living in the house, making Gamma Iota a true home away from home! We also enjoy home-cooked meals two times a day from our wonderful chefs. Additionally, breakfast foods and snacks are available around the clock in our kitchenette. A Tri Delta favorite at Purdue is Sunday brunch, giving us the opportunity to trade stories from the weekend over a delicious and healthy meal.

From chapter meetings and sisterhood bonding events to formal dinners and late-night study sessions, there is never a dull moment within the walls of our chapter house. Living in is an experience that sisters remember for the rest of their lives!
